Company Info:
Once known as the best kept secret in Fort Worth, Texas, Paper Chase Records first hit the scene in 2000 with a group named the Glass Key Boyz. After months of performing from stage-to-stage, this six-member team gained local attention by selling mixed tapes from the trunks of their cars. It didn’t take long for their unique free-style flow to create a buzz around town. Eventually, the Glass Key Boyz became a staple of the local underground music scene.

Four soldiers marching for the cause - this group is committed to changing the tone of the industry and become renowned generals of Down South music. They rappers call their music an art form - paintings that depict life in what many call the Dirty South.

Paper Chase Records is comprised of many diverse artists, and the label intends to continue adding creative talent to the roster.  When describing his artists, CB states, “My artists make reality music, songs about the struggle, as well as the good that happens in life.  Our music is about grinding and success.  We have a song for every frame of mind.”

Artists on PCR can also expect to build their own legacies.   CB states, “It is my goal to continue our movement in the music industry, continue to build our brand, and eventually achieve national recognition.  But I also want my artists to each have their own publishing company, so that they can always have a stream of revenue for their families to benefit from.”

LIFE GOES ON
“Success is a journey. It has multiple peaks and not one ultimate pinnacle because each success builds on another. Setbacks and mistake even help you to build success.”
